I'm looking for a primary or rechargeable circuit board that does at least 1000mA, less modes the better, and at a good price. Any good ones available?

The GDuP buck/boost converter might be what you're looking for, but it would be quite a bit more expensive (at least $45). The standard version will put out up to 750mA while the high output version will supply up to 1200mA:

that driver will not be ideal for 3v cell. it is for single li ion cell.

ya haven't been able to find one that is able to run on a cr123 and also a rcr123, that wont kill the bank
