I have few questions if you would be so kind. How long can this light remain on high and manage the heat? Could you guess the run times on each level? Lastly, how are you charging those batteries? Thanks for taking time to answer my questions.

First, let me answer the run time question. The battery is 1400mah x3, ( 1400mah = 1.4 amp draw for 1hr) the leds pulls 2.8A x3, so the battery will last about 1/2 hr on Hi. 1.5hr on Med (~1Amp) or low 4-5 hrs.
Now, the heat. With 2.8Amp driving current and beefy copper heat sink, I have run this light constantly hi for 10min no issues. I can probably run it until battery runs down but I haven't run nit that long. But one must hold the light to transfer heat to hand, preferably holding the bottom of the head too, as the Copper heat sink is in the head.
As long as you can withstand the heat from the mag head, the light is fine, it can sustain higher heat than human hand. Don't leave the light on the table, as heat could catch up eventually & will likely damage the led. This is not meant to be a table lamp.

That light was sold to "mvyrmnd", the responses were lost due to CPF crash, but you can PM him & ask him for his impressions, this light used the same beefy copper heat sink as the 4.6 Amp Turbo> The mode #2 in the Turbo is 2.8Amp, perhaps he could give you some feed back on how does it feels running 2.8A heat wise?
For charging battery, I use the inexpensive WF-188 dual bay charger, with spring loaded rail, it charges battery of all sizes, from RCR123 to 26650. This one charger is all I use for 123, 18500, 18650, 22430, 25500, 26500, 26650 various batteries I have.
