Someone posted this Youtube.com video clip from 1938 of a commercial for Eveready batteries showing how they power a police flashlight and prevent a train wreck. :thumbsup:

Fantastic, thanks for the link. Not much talk about vintage lights here, I recently started collecting vintage flashlights and enjoy it as much as the advanced lights we have now :D
