Quark AA^2 Regular modded with a Cree XPG High CRI, purchased from Illumination Supply. No extras included. I can swap the tube from 2AA to 1CR123 if the buyer is interested. (note the 2AA tube says 'tactical' but the light is the 'regular' functionality)

I have two of these, selling this one to fund another project.

This quark is lightly used, one flake of ano missing on the front bezel, and the usual small bits of ano missing from knurling. Also, since this light is modded, the head will open if enough pressure is applied, but it does not open under normal operation.

This is a great way to try a High CRI emitter. The tint is warm and well balanced IMHO, no rose or pink.

Lightly used, spot of anno missing around front bezel.

Clip is in good condition.

Lens and reflector are clean.

Led is well centered.

Moonlight mode.

Tail standing reverse clicky. Makes a great candle when used in ceiling bounce mode.

Asking $59 shipped CONUS with delivery confirmation. Insurance is extra, I'm not responsible for uninsured packages. First to post "I'll take it" gets it.

Feel free to ask questions.

Re: FS: Quark AA^2 Regular with High CRI XPG, $65

I'm interested. That noted, in the past I've been disappointed when one man's "neutral" turned out to be another man's "really really warm" color temp. High CRI description notwithstanding, could I persuade you to provide the approximate color temp of the light from the emitter? Thanks.

no problem. I got the emitter from illumination supply. I believe he gets them from cutter. Here is the description:

Cree XP-G, 10mm Round MCPCB, 90+ CRI, Q2 Bin, 3000K

I reflowed the LED onto the quark mcpcb.

This light is warm, not neutral. :)

This will work with one aa right?
ETA I'm pretty sure it will as the voltage range is the same as 1AA and 1cr123.

Yes, it works with a 1AA. I just verified to make sure...

I'll take it.

ETA: I would like the 1cr123 tube instead of the 2X AA tube. Thanks
