It uses a Z32 shock isolated bezel and the R30 Lamp Assembly so yes the P60 Lamp Assembly will fit.

Since it's a single battery light, the P60 will fit since the dimensions of the light are identical, but it would be very dim on a single battery if it lights at all. Either get the... I forget the name of the extender that lets you run 2 batteries... so that the P60 will be fully bright, or get a 3-volt LED module that fits. Not sure what modules fit and function in the 332R. If you get an LED module, then you would want to use a standard bezel, not the shock-isolated bezel.

The A12 fits between the Lamp Module and the Housing to hold an additional SF123A.
