1800 mAh AAA nmh Batteries. Are these any good

I have recently come accross1800 mAh AAA nmh Batteries on ebay.
Has anybody used these ? Are they any good ?
I am wanting to use them in a aaa powered head light.:)

The highest capacity AAA I've seen from reputable brands (sanyo, ansmann, duracell etc.) is 1000 - 1100mAh and even those tend to be a bit overrated.

'nuff said.

Good AAA nmh Batteries are around 1000 mAH.
LSD AAA nmh Batteries are around 800 mAH

No name brand. ~$0.50 each
Probably less than 1000 mAH

Next month a competitor will print 1900 mAH on their batteries.
Then this supplier counters with 2000 mAH.
Then the competitor goes 2100 mAH.
Then this supplier will print 2200 mH......

AAA batteries are a commodity item nowadays.
At least they come in purple, green. blue & gold.

Remember these are not LSD like Eneloop.
You will have to recharge them every 2 to 4 weeks even if you do not use them. LSD type batteries will stay charged for over 6 months when they are not used.
