how much power is he looking for? LEDs down that low in wavelength are out, but a limited selection,
http://www.roithner-laser.com/ has 350nm LEDs outputting ~50mW, if you can go upto 365nm you can use the ledengin LEDs and get a good bit of power out (half a watt-ish IIRC for their 4-die LED)
But neither of those are drop-in modules
