Brinkmann Service Highly Recommended

Late last Monday, I called Brinkmann's 800 number to order a couple of bulbs for my LX and I got them in today's mail. Looking at the postmark, they mailed it the day of my order.

Pretty impressive for a large company!

i complement them also.

about a month ago, i ordered a 3aa, but the wrong grips were sent, i contacted them over e-mail, and they said to send it back... i did so, but apparently it never got to them. shortly later, a lady from an office or something somewhere called me back and said that while they can't find the return, they would send the unit anyway! cheers to them.

Brinkmann does have excellent service. After I got my LX, I called and ordered 6 bulbs and got them very quickly.

I placed an order for 2 Nexstar bulbs online and waited over 4 weeks. When I called, they couldn't find the order so I placed another one on the phone. That one should arrive next week. I don't know what happened to my online order-- maybe I screwed it up somehow (but I still have a printout of the receipt). If I order again, I'm going straight to the phone number, not the website.
