Surefire tailcap ID question

Hi, i received a couple of these SF twistie Z41 tailcaps in trade. Does anyone know what lights these are shipping with, newer 6Ps maybe? I have never seen these markings without a top marking.

There was a thread about this maybe two weeks ago...essentially, they got rid of the USA portion...not sure why...only speculation at this point...although they just recently opened up a european website. Maybe it's some PC marketing scheme, where some-one some where thought "USA" could be offensive???

Maybe the new KX4's can't be considered "Made in the USA", so leaving it on there would be false advertising???
