List of Lummi orders still unfulfilled

Hi,

This thread is only for people who is still waiting for a full order or a partial one from Lummi by Rob Cheetham (aka Orb).

I think it would be a good idea if we could know how many orders are still not sent (entirely or partially) and how much money is involved.

I suggest all of us to follow always the same format to make it easier to understand, please. Put it twice if you have made more than one order, one per order:

Day order was placed: The day you made the order.
Currency: GBP, USD, EUR...
Product(s): List your items ordered here including the price of each.
Postage and packing: Put the price you payed for shipping and handling.
Total amount for the order: The total amount you payed.
Received: List the items you have already received in the cause you had received any. Otherwise, say "nothing".
Money involved: If you have received an order partially, post here how much have you spent on the items which you have not yet received. Otherwise, post as money involved the same as in total amount. Feel free to add other possible taxes, fees or others (maybe you spent more money calling by phone, contacting advocate, etc).

Situation: Payment confirmation received 4/27. I emailed Rob directly to ask about status, and have had no response. I will be filing a complaint with Paypal if I don't hear from him by 5/27. I will also recall payment via PayPal on this date.

5/27 Update: Paypal Resolution process started. Still no communications from Lummi.
5/31 Update: Lummi responded to the PayPal dispute over the weekend. Seems that the only way to force a response from him maybe? Received notice that my light has been shipped without the locators and battery charger. No ETA given for when the remaining items will be available.
6/7 Update: Received my Raw NS with key ring and battery. Awaiting Trits and Charger.

Situation: Contacted on August 25 2010 and February 14 2011; was reassured that my light would ship as soon as batteries and chargers were in-stock. I would like to get the light I ordered; I don't need the batteries or the charger, just the light will do fine. Failing that, I would like a refund.

Situation: My situation has been posted a few times but after numerous promises that the order would ship the following week each time I contacted Rob (weekly) he emailed me on March 22, 2011 and said my order finally shipped. After giving the order until May 2, 2011 to arrive we finally gave up and Rob said he would send a new one. My last response from him on May 20, 2011 was that he needed to get funds together to purchase components and to give him a few more weeks.

11/23/10 - Update requested, "Really sorry about this.
We totally ran out of reflectors, much to my surprise as i thought we had over 100 available. The machine shop are making this a priority & are going to produce them immediately. I aim to finally have your order ready for dispatch within the next week."
12/16/10 - Update requested, "We are still waiting for those locators. It is looking like around another week before they will arrive."
1/20/11 - Update requested, "It is the battery Springs we are waiting for now.
These are due in on the 27th of this month."
2/9/11 - Update requested, "Springs have arrived, I am now out of Green locators.
I do still have Blue if these are acceptable, sorry for any trouble"
2/10/11 - agreed to replacement of blue locators.
3/3/11 and 3/16/11 - further requests for updates
3/17/11 - "currently waiting for the 14250 batteries which are on back order.
These are expected to arrive within the next 3 weeks. Once the 14250 batteries arrive your Raw NS can dispatch. Locators will be around 6 weeks & could follow later for you to install."
3/17/11 - Agreed to wait for fully assembled light
6/9/11 - Update requested, "We are still waiting for Locators. The expected delivery date is late July"
6/9/11 - agreed to take light as assembled and for locators to ship seperately.

Hopefuly the light can be delivered soon, will keep updated.

I`m a german Student with less money . For me, Rob is a desaster.
I`m thinkig about the opinion, to write to all his Facebook contacts and to the contacts of his wife too.
I will ask them about rob´s cash flow problems and all the other creasy stuff like this.

Here are the details of my very sad dealings with Rob/Lummi.

Day order was placed: 5th of march 2009, even two or three transactions in april 2009.
Currency: GBP
Product(s): Wee Ti (£85) and Raw Ti (£150), some accessories
Postage and packing:
Total amount for the order: £308 (several transactions)
Received: Nothing but empty promises

Situation: I have received several excuses from Rob who has now stopped to reply to my emails altogether. I have written one last email to him today, stating that I will report him to the police (for fraud) if he doesn't reply.

Since I live in Sweden it is a bit difficult to contact the appropriate authorities. However, I discovered the following website that is open to people from outside the UK: http://www.actionfraud.org.uk/. Seeing that Rob has launched a new website with new products I think it is important to stop his very dubious business practices.

Just for kicks. I sent a inquiry through his email stated on his website requesting wait time "IF I ORDERED TODAY" Within 2 hrs I had a email response back 10 days from payment to shipping product.

It seems he is responsive to new funds, but ignoring all the past due builds. Sad indeed, good luck to those waiting.

Situation: I am fed up with being made a fool of and all those empty promises. I finally requested a full refund which Rob promised me to send "as very soon as possible" which he after being asked defines as "as soon as he has some funds to send". And nobody knows better than us what this means - it means that as soon as somebody else is as naive as we were I might have a chance to get at least parts of my money.
Actually I am at a point where I already started to investigate if and how I can take any legal action from out of germany.

Today I finally received my Wees (and all accessories) and it seems that Rob has much better control over his order management process now. Also mail contact and responsiveness has extremely improved.

I would even say that if you ask him via mail what is currently available prior ordering you will get your stuff in reasonable time.

Hey morimotom, paddyie and some others, are you sure that package was included in the price? This detail is pretty important since it costs a lot (7 GBP or more) having in mind that the packages are sent without tracking number and they are pretty slow to arrive. Please, check that detail and correct it if it's wrong.

Please bestimmer could you edit your post using GBP? Since it's the currency that Lummi uses it will be easier to calculate total involved without doing conversion (which depends on the moment of the day). Correct me if I am wrong, but I think your order was (if it was really 7 GBP for the shipping): (49+49+15+15+4+8+3+15+3+3+48+7+1+7) = 227 GBP.

Now, the total involved so far:

59 + 80 + 239 + 109 + 100 + 184 + 80 + 88 +180 + 308 + 45 + 72 + 64 + 227 = 1835 GBP (it could be more if some of you people confirm that package and shipping was not included).
