I have a stock Kroma and L2 and was considering some future mods for these two lights for brighter main LED's. I would love to be able to take advantage of Rechargeable Li-Ion at the same time. I know there has been mods to these to fit the 17670 batteries. My question is can one or both of these be modded to fit Protected 18650 cells like AW or Redilast? Is it advisable and any draw back to getting them to fit 18650?
