Those won't handle the current of the ROP.
You need one of fivemega or mdocod's holders. (could also build your own battery pack if you can solder)
Using 2x18650 in 2"C" M*g and ROP 3854 LO is smaller and easier to carry.
To use ROP 3854 HO, 2S/2P 18650 will perform much better, run longer and last forever.
If you email these guys http://component-shop.co.uk/ they will build a welded battery pack for you with flying leads etc. I had 6AA eneloop packs made at £15 each. Very good customer service too.

Batteries don't need to be IMR. AW's protected high capacity cells will work and power up a ROP HO with single click and runs for over an hour with single charge.
