If you are like me, you think the tail switch is too soft on the BC40. Well, I got to messing around and found out a few things.
1. The retaining ring that holds the switch into the tail is REVERSE THREAD.
2. A spare Nitecore SR3 switch I had is a direct swap and feels like it engages more positively.
ADDED BONUS: I pulled the McClicky out of my C2 just to see.
It's also a direct fit. All you need is a McClicky switch and and your choice of a hard press boot or any color standard 14mm boot and it will work, just reuse the factory retain ring from the BC40 tail.
Anyway, just thought I would share my findings.

Jamie
