hi there is the TLE-300MR EX terralux working still? if yes then you are ok its most likely the the switch which you can replace (Maglite Torch Replacement Switch) of ebay for about £6-8 just pull out the rubber black button and its a allen ket to remove the switch and it just fall's out or give it a slight tap
