help gathering supplies to build a led fishing light

im trying to get supplies together to build a night fishing light similar to this one http://weenerdog-night-fishing.com/Bad_Eyes_Violet.html im needing to know what leds and where to by them id like to build one similar but on a larger scale i was thinking 20 uv and 20 near uv leds any help would be appreciated

you could try getting me to build you a custom one like that instead of trying to steal my intellectual property from me
