I don't think so, they are different in diameter.

In short, no. You could probably mod it so that it does; several members here have modded D10/EX10 clips for other lights with success.

At the very least you'll need some way to alter the curve of the attachment point to match the smaller diameter of the EZAA.

I still EDC an EZAAw on my keychain as my back-up light, and I'd love to be able to fit a clip to it.

I've been looking at some of these:

I think that the #8, #21, #22, & #24 seem like they'd work the best. Probably still have to mod them though.

P7 Suspension Clip. No more bulging at the bottom of your pocket.

That's the way I carry mine. I use the same P7 suspension clip for the T1A and others that don't have clips attached.

Because of the relatively small diameter of this light you might be able to use a AAA sized clip.
