Will take offers... Reasonable ones, that is... I have quite a bit of time on this one. I know many of you know what it takes to machine and put these together. Modders out there charge $50-60 just for the stripe job.

Any LiIon/Poly charger that charges at 4.2 volts will do. Subtract $12.

In terms of power requirements, the WF-139 would indeed charge these batteries, but you would need wired adapters to connect the batteries off charger - they are too wide to fit in the cradle slots of the WF-139. Taking the WF-188 would save the hassle, and what you saved on not buying the charger, you may well end up spending on the adapters instead.
