Malkoff Hound Dog Hosts?

Trying to find the answer to this but coming up empty.

Can the Malkoff Hound Dog be used with a Surefire C/P/Z host? I have a bored body with extension tubes and I'm wondering if this is compatible.

No. The Hound Dog is an entire head. It only fits on a Malkoff body.

Ok. So Malkoff heads are proprietary and only fit on Malkoff bodies. Thanks!

I know, I'm being bitten by the bug. As much as I love my Oveready Triples, my Streamlight Survivor LED throws a further useful spot than anything else I own. Now I'm researching extremely bright throwers. 1 or 2x18650 is my guideline. I would love something that fits on top of a bored 6P. But I'm now leaning towards the Hound Dog, the TK35, or the M3C4 XM-L.

An MD4 is only $40 when you buy it with a Hound Dog XM-L. For a high quality body that has a McClicky installed, that is an awesome deal.

You could also get a Lumens Factory M-Series P7 head and a C-to-M adapter, if you decide to stick with the 6P.
