well I love my hds high cri and have been useing it for probably around 6 or 7 months but lately it has been geting to where it does not register all clicks like some times when you double click it on only registers one and sometimes when you hold down the button for max mode it will go into to max mode then straight out of max mode like you are not holding the button even when you are . but this does not happen every time .so any help would be greatly appreciated

Try cleaning all threads, change the battery. If it exibits the same issues still, which it probably will, contact HDS and request service, I'm sure they will make it right.
