Is it a maglite with a clicky?
what brand clicky?

If it were maglite, it would have maglite engraved somewhere.

not a mag at all, it is a way overpriced generic incan I have seen at places before for $3 or less. I have an LED light with similar clicky switch on it. The clicky is part of the light itself not a separate item.
