I can't wait to go there. I heard last week the traffic was backed up highway 78! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif I may wait a while for the initial crowds to die down some. That place is supposed to be amazing. I'm buying a $300 tent from them when I go. If I order it from the catalog, the shipping's pretty high because of the weight.

I was there the Sat after they opened.
It is an amazing place.
Probably the best display of Animals anywhere.
As good or better than the Smithsonian or NYC Museum of Nat History.
They have a $40 tent not in their catalog that is truly outstanding...
Just outside the Bargain Cave?
The place where they have the returns, etc marked down.
I picked up a safari vest.
I've been lookin for quite a while for a MANY pocket vest and was focused on the columbia pfg fishing vest. But couldn't afford it.
They had only one in the bargain cave. $15 and it's perfect. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Plan for all day. Gets really crowded ~ 10am.
I was there @8am.
Fantastic Time!!!

It's a solid quad pole design. I'm getting it in 10'X12'.

"Now you too can carry your house on your back" if you don't mind the weight.

Back on topic: I usually tend to find the light that I like the feel of best in-store and the order it online. If you are replacing your minimag you might want to consider the L1. Otherwise I prefer the E2e for more throw. I don't really like 6Ps for field use, but that's just my personal preference. I would say find a light that feels good in your hand and does what you need (or want /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif) it to do.

The Bargain Cave is indeed a great place, but any time you go to this store leave all day free.
