Quark forward clicky fits perfectly onto my Fenix PD30!

I had a spare Quark 123*2 forward clicky tailcap. I just tried it and it fits perfectly onto my Fenix PD30! My only gripe about the PD30 was the reverse clicky. Now the PD30 (with the forward clicky and momentary on) is much better IMHO.

This mod would transfer the new Fenix PD31 into a terrific light. Is the tailcap diameter on the PD31 larger than the PD30? Does anyone know? I would buy a PD31 right now, if I knew I could get a forward clicky for it.

This is great to know. Unfortunately I only have a Quark AA2 so I don't think it will fit the PD31 I have coming to me tomorrow.

IMHO, a forward clicky will make the PD31 almost a perfect EDC light. Try a few different tailcaps and hopefully you can find one that fits - and then post here.

Do you need the whole tailcap or just the clicky inside?
