In my experience, someone from the SureFire International Customer Service department asks for your mailing address and telephone number. In my case, they always sent replacement parts to the mailing address provided, through United States Postal Service (USPS). I usually receive basic USPS packages through my regular mailman. When I'm not at home, the mailman leaves a message that I can pick it up at the post office or I can fill in a form to make an 'appointment delivery'. That's how it works here...
