Help with indentifing Driver

I got this driver for a project that I cant even remember anymore. If anyone has any suggestions I would be much appreciative.

well, its definitely not from taskLED

can you read any of the chips?

One of the black chips says: ARTSCHIP 24lc02b 0816

Do you have any idea were you purchased the driver.
This would help greatly in IDing the driver.

A couple of the drivers from kai domian look very similar to that, maybe have a look there for comparison.

Thanks for the suggestions, I think you guys jogged my memory and i did in fact get it from Kai domian for a P7 build. I crossed it with their new version "SSC P7 Li-ion 5-mode driver ", Thanks again!
