New DORCY Alumina 1AA pocket light with lanyard

The one I see on Dorcy's site is rated at 40 lumens? The Alumina that has a 110 lumen rating is three AAA,am I missing something?

Looks like a nice light, but too expensive for a one level with such low output. ($18.52 on sale). You can go to Target and get a 1AA energizer LED for cheaper that has a higher output.

Though difficult to tell from the video, it looks like the tail switch is a reverse clicky.

If that 3AAA accepts an 18500 or a 650 I think it would appeal to a lot of folks.

I like the look, but that's it. Even with the CPF discount and free shipping from DorcyDirect, I'll pass. As Lynx Arc pointed out, you can go to Target and get the really nice (considering the cost) Energizer 1 Watt. Locally, it's $15 and puts out 45 lumens. I have several and am satisfied for $15. Based on my experiences with Dorcy (I own about 12 of their lights) and Energizer (I own about 8 of their lights) I'll go with the Energizer.
