good light for throw

hey guys i am looking for a good light for throw i have it narrowed down between the eagletac t20c2 markII r2 or the 4 sevens maelstrom g5. which light would throw more? Iam looking to spend under 100 any other suggestions would be great thanks

The G5 seems like a versatile choice to me. That said you need to give further information such as what battery choices you prefer and how far you want it to throw. Also, you want to spend under 100 what? USD, GBP, gold bullion bars, cases of diamonds...

I have both. The throw is about darn near the same but the Maelstrom G5 has a much larger hotspot, brighter spill (the G5 is quite a bit brighter over all), and better UI.

The advantage of the T20C2 MKII is that it is lighter, alightly smaller, and EagleTac offers about 8 drop-ins for it so you can change the emitter (the XRE R2 is the best throwing of all of them though).

Personally, I like the G5 quite a bit better.
