I just want to say thanks to Zebralight for what I regard as excellent customer service. I bought a H50 some years ago and after three or four years of loyal service as my night-time reading light, it developed some fault and stopped working.
Naturally, after so long, I assumed it would not be covered by warranty, but I wanted to have it repaired because I find it very useful. So I emailed Zebralight to enquire how much it might cost to have it fixed, fully expecting that I would have to part with some hard earned cash, but without any hesitation they gave me an RMA number and the light has been fixed at no cost.
I'm surprised and impressed and I think that deserves a little praise.
