Might want to contact board member lightknot about VG parts availability.
Other options could include TnC Products E2C adapters, available in aluminum and HA, now also in gorgeous brass and copper.
Finally, although not available sold separately (to my knowledge), SureFire part number LU60A (not LU60 however) effectively functions as an E2C adapter. Good luck!
