Looking for a XML 7B T4 warm white LED....where to look ?

I need my fellow CPF members to help me on this one. I have found several places that have the T3 warm white LED, but am looking for a XM-L 7B T4 Warm White LED. Does anyone know where these can be found ? Xeno uses these in their lights
