Anyone trying to track a package or flashlight coming via UPS may be frustrated right now as it was taken down by hackers yesterday and is still down. If you need to track something before they get it back up all you have to do is go here (which bypasses the hack they did that redirected DNS) : http://153.2.224.50/us or if not in the U.S. just use : http://153.2.224.50 and that bypasses DNS so you go straight to the UPS site.
