Bought a TL-1 in the recent 4sevens garage sale. The light is 2nd hand and has damage to the ends of the spikes, they are quite sharp and I've already managed to scratch another light with them :mecry: can't say I was expecting this as I thought it was just a sale from 4sevens, there was no mention of damage or the lack of lanyard or o rings :shakehead
Anyway, enough rambling.
Can I get a replacement head without the strike bezel for this light? It's got a deep reflector which is quite good for throwing the light which I'm liking as most of my lights are floody. I don't need a strike bezel and the damage to it means scratches to anything it contacts so I was wondering if another head fits to kill to birds with one stone.
Otherwise I'm thinking grind them off and get it refinished, that way I could loose the giant battery symbol too
