I've just received the Lighthound Cree $17.99 dropin in the mail and I tried to fit it in my Surefire 618FA shotgun forend...
After trimming the outer spring it still won't fit, it seems as though the body is too thick - it gets stuck and won't seat in all the way inside the body of the light. It's not sitting far enough for me to even screw the Z44 bezel in. I noticed the actual body of the P60L is much thinner in diameter compare to this.
Did I buy the wrong dropin? HELP!
