Which flashlight brand is better?

Fenix or Eagletac. I'm trying to decide whether to purchase a fenix tk 21 or one of the cheaper Eagletac flashlights. I want to know which one will be more reliable, and which one i should purchase

I've had a Fenix PD31 for a month or so, Just got an EagleTac P100A2 Yesterday. I would say the build quality is just about the same, maybe a slight edge to Fenix. Beam characteristics are pretty close to.

Both Fenix and EagleTac have good build quality.

The first "real" flashlight I got was the Fenix P2D that I purchased three years ago. Aside from the inductor whine, it's still going strong.

The first "tactical" flashlight I got was the EagleTac P20C2 MkII, and then T20C2 MkII a few weeks later because I was looking for a little more throw. They both simply refuse to die.
