A tool belt pouch

Who does a pouch that can fit upon a tool belt? These belts often have that quick release type coupling fitted so you can't slide your Flashlight pouch onto the belt. Now if I could locate a flashligth pouch that has say a Velcro flap then I'd be able to attach it pouch to the belt. I don't want to use one of the compartments within the tool pouch as I primarily need my other tools in them. The flashlight pouch I refer to came with my PM6 and has a sewn belt loop but this is the size of pouch I need only with the freedom of that Velcro loop. Any ideas where I might look?

I have a couple of holsters for sale, on BST non lights, that can fit a light and a multitool such as a leatherman or gerber and have a clip that can be attached to the belt without taking the belt off. I can send you pics of them, just tell me what size light you want it for.
