I received my November issue of Popular Mechanics today and, to my surprise, there's a very nice illustrated story on tactical flashlights. Included were pictures of several Surefire and Insight lights as well as a cutout photo of the A2.

If you can get the magazine, take a look at page 80.

Oh h@ll, I threw out the November issue instead of the October one, and their webite is useless. Very frustrating!

The 'Current Articles' bit is likely deliberate. I know I'd want to hide the most recent couple of issues on a members-only page, or re-publish them with updates a few months after the paper version came out.

I just saw this article yesterday in . . . you guessed it . . . the doctor's office! Had to do a search to see if anyone had mentioned it.

Reminds me of the old Tommy Cooper joke:

"I went to the doctor yesterday. (Stage pause.) Isn't it awful about the Titanic?!"
