Just bougth this light from DX, and it can only take 2 batteries. Anyone know if it would be safe to run it with 3 batteries? I used an extension tube from an other flashlight and was able to use it with 3 batteries. Voltage Input is rated at 8,4-12V so shouldent this be fine?
