Long time member and reader. I bought a maglite drop in from Gene 2 years ago. It suddenly stopped working so I emailed him. He responded the same evening and said they had some bad units a few years ago. Today (a week later) a brand new one arrived with an apology note, WOW, what customer service.

Yeah I had a question about a mag drop in that I had ordered, and he replied within minutes. I also liked the hand written "Thanks You" on the invoice.
