Malkoff Hi/Low Ring coming loose...

I have a Malkoff MD2 with a Hi Low ring and it keeps coming a little loose with use. It currently has an M61W in it and its easily one of my favorite lights, but this is making it less reliable. Just tonight I grabbed it and went outside to check something out and it didn't come on...

I have a Hi/Low in my MD3 w/ M91W and this has never happened with that one...

Is there anything I can do to ensure this doesn't happen? Has anyone else had this problem? I may switch the two out and just see if they might work a little better with the other host.

Mine has done that before! You can take a small drop of blue loc-tite and put it on the threads and that should hold but still let you undue it if you ever want to change drop ins.
