I ordered a couple of sky lanterns from DX. These things are cool!
I used a blow dryer to fill it initially with hot air. Then I used a propane torch to quickly ignite the paraffin fuel source. Doing it that way allows the sky lantern to fly further and higher and speeds up the launching process.
