\"Bow-Lingual\" Dog Translator

OK, just to let everyone know I'm NOT making this up. In my area we have a retailer, a hi-tech supermarket. While looking through their big Friday ad I came across this...

BOW-LINGUAL
The Dog Translator
Understand your dog's emotions
Monitor your Dog's Emotions while you are away
Analyze Your Dog's Body Language
Includes dog medical reference
Available in Red or Blue

Everyday low price $99.99

Damm thing looks like one of those FSR radios with an antenna sticking out the top. Anyone care to admit having one of these?
Anyone see one in operation?

Re:

Actually Double_A I think you've hit on something. I predict someone will get rich on that idea someday.

Re:

Oh that one is easy.

No means no.
Maybe means no.
Yes means maybe.
We need to talk means she does and you'd better pay attention and not distract her with advice or possible solutions.

Any questions?

Re:

Mutiny Sfears

"Yes dear", always worked for me.

I'd still like to see a spouse translator with a mind reading feature! It was the "if you really loved me you would know what I want" part that confused me. But dear I thought you wanted a SF 9P!

Re:

Is that large high tech supermarket Frys? I saw the same ad today.

Another item I was looking at was the FRS Radio Watches. I wonder what the run time is on those things!

I think they're barking up the wrong tree.

Re: dog translator

It shouldn't be too hard to make a dog translator. The entire vocabulary is something like:

"Can I have a cookie?"

"I need to pee."

"It isn't my fault! I told you I needed to pee!"

"Danger, Danger, someone is knocking!"

"Can I have another cookie?"

David <><

oops... forgot one.

"I'm so glad you're home!"
