Don't know, but Zebralight is about to come out with the Q50 which is a 4xAA light and is using an XM-L LED producing an advertised 800 lumens. It should have been out last month, but has been delayed for some unknown reason. There is Sunwayman M40A with either MC-E (about 500 lumens) or XML (600 lumens), it's throws quite far. Also there is Jetbeam PA40 with almost 470 lumens with XM-L led (more floody). The upcoming Zebralight Q50 would be another one as mentioned before.
Jetbeam sells quite a bit below $100, M40A above, zebra is supposed to be about $100. There is also Olight S35 which has an XML led and uses 3 AA batteries. Sells in specified price range too.
