Seraph P7 or TLS TX4??????

Does anyone here have both? I have heard that the P7 does not put out nearly what it says it should. I'm going to be running this light on 2x18650's or 4x123's. I just dont want to deal with the extra "bulk" of the P7 if it is not noticably brighter than the TLS.
