Advice needed on my 4sevens Preon Revo.

Please Help

My Preon Revo has stopped working. Can you please advise of any steps I need to take to correct this issue. I have replaced the battery with a known working (tested 1.5v) brand name alkaline cell. I also cleaned the threads but still nothing. I noticed about a week ago that it was failing to mode change, but now it won't turn on at all. I love this little light. Please help.

When it was still working and failing to change modes, was your light's head twisting all the way down to the body?

If so, maybe the spring in the body slowly got flattened, there is a fix about it here in post #96:

I used a small dental pic, you can also try a toothpick.

Just ask 4Sevens to send you a new spring. They can do that, but make sure you highlight to them that your light is not working.
