HDS 140 twisty with rcr123 batteries?

I just read on the HDS site that the EDC twisty lights can run on either regular lithium or rechargeable Li-ion batteries. These are both discontinued, the V1 and V2, in 2009 and 2010. Does anybody run theirs on rechargeable batteries?

I don't think I've ever had a primary cell in mine... li ion is fine, I use them all the time in my Twisties

Just to be clear, do you mean the older no tailcap switch twisties, or are you refering to the new rotary lights?

I'm specifically referring to the v.1 and v.2 Twisty... not the Rotary.

All HDS models are designed to be used with (x1) Li Ion.
