Your second link, to the Sammich Shoppe, is your best bet for brightness.

Wayne's dropin modules are simply top of the line.
You may want to look at the MM+ dropins also, there can run on even weaker batteries.

The opalec will give you alot of runtime, but is not near as bright as Wayne's dropins.

The MadMax Plus Q3 is the brightest, the MadMax gives longer battery life, the BadBoy has constant brightness. I prefer the MadMax Plus Q3. The Q3 is whiter and brighter than the standard. I also bought some BadBoy 400(N-P) these were pretty white but dimmer than the BadBoy 400 Q3. All of these sandwiches are one watt Luxeons & are high quality.
The Opalec NewBeam is regulated also and is rated for 10 hour run time at constant brightness, then 10 to 15 more hours of usable light.
