Identifying an LED

Hi

Just bought a headlamp few weeks ago from DealExtreme, and it arrived today. I had another lamp, which was bought from a "real" shop, which definitely sells what they are saying (it's a local shop). I sent that one away last week 'cause I thought this wouldn't arrive in time for me to compare the two. So, this DX lamp is supposed to be an exact copy of the "real" lamp, which was MagicShine MJ-808E as I recall.

It's said to be an Cree XM-L T6 -led, but I'm having second thoughts about this. The one I had earlier (MagicShine) had the three conductor thingies inside the "bubble" part of the LED, and this one hasn't got the same type that the "real" MagicShine had.

Can anyone identify this LED and confirm if I'm just in need of glasses to see better?

I'm not an emitter expert but this looks the same as the XM-L t6 that I have in my Nailbender P60 drop-in.
