I have had this light for a long time. I bought it after reading about them on this board a few years ago.

I dropped it on a concrete floor from about 9 feet up and the LED came apart.

I will buy another one if I see one.

Check out the Rayovac Indestructale 3C at Home Depot. $25-, 140 lumens, Cree LED. Hell of a light for the $$$!

Advanced Auto had the same light, at least before the Cree model. They might have an updated version now.

You can also get the Coleman Max 144 lumen Cree XPE or XPG not sure that takes 3AAA. I got on from Walmart and it is almost as bright as my Surefire G2X Pro and same warm color tint on led with no imperfections in the led I can see. It may not be regulated but it is a great light and an improvement over other Coleman leds with prior technologies.
