Yes which one would be a good all around flashight ? Are both brands reliable ? Thanks .

Depends on what you need it for. I doubt you could ever consider the BC25 as an "all around" flashlight. I got mine for the sole purpose that it was a good 1x18650 thrower in a small package. The other better throwers have larger heads and are harder to lug around and i just needed something to be just in between my L1C and my TK35.

For up close work, the BC25 even at 100 lumens is too strong for the eyes, but punching it at 650 lumens, the throw's hard to beat for the size. Yes the TK35 will throw better, but at the cost of size.

The size/throw ratio for this light is just right for me.

I'm looking at these two lights as a dedicated thrower in a compact package. Same price and same lumen (close enough)..

Had about convinced myself of the Jetbeam til I noticed the latest version of the EagleTac is 720 lms....


Now I'm leaning toward the EagleTac as it has more options. Does it throw as far??
Other thoughts???
