I did search first and found threads about 4D's and 6D's......not fives!

I found this 5D a few years ago in a hardware store.....package all covered with dust, yellowed, crinkled, and torn.

I picked it up and brought it home like a cold wet puppy.

It is the only one I have ever been close to, so I don't know much about them (though I seem to have.....I never been hit over the head with one).

It has no zoom capability and the switch is up near the front.

I am thinkin loooooooong reach with a tight beam?

No pic capability at this time!

The only name on it is "Smith & Wesson".

One-piece tube.

The head screws forward/back, with bulb stationary, but very little change in the light field.

Face ring and lens unscrews.

Has spare bulb clipped against inside of head next to bulb.

Button is on/off only.

Hole in reflector is .447

What else?
