I know what it is, several of my compasses have it.

What I want to know, is how do I incorporate it into a couple of my flashlights?
Do I purchase tailcaps with it already installed?
Do I buy the vials and do the machining/installation myself? (seems like only a few people could do this)

Particulary, I'd love to add some to my fenix TK15, and TK21.

Any helpful info greatly appreciated!

Tritium is a radioactive hydrogen isotope. You would have to buy parts that already incorporate it. Since it is used in two stage nuclear devices it is highly regulated.

There's a couple different ways to do it; you can indeed just buy the vials and do the machining on your flashlight yourself, but not all lights have enough mass to allow for a slot at all. The second and much easier option is to just get a tritium fob, a vial that's already in a protective casing on a keychain, and clip that on your lanyard. You can be creative with these fobs too, put them on doorknobs, pull chains, etc.

Head over to the Marketplace and you'll find a variety of sizes, colors, and shapes for your application..
